Last Minute Camping Trip

Friday night after we got back form sing we decided to do a camping trip Saturday and Sunday. It was a lot of fun. We went to Joe Pool lake with Clark. When we got there we set up our tents and our camp site and relaxed and played with the kids until we had to start dinner. Mom and Dad came over to our site for dinner and Lois and Johnn joined us for dinner and s'mores. It was a lot of fun. We had a lot of fun watching the kids enjoy our first family camping trip. Then it was time to make dinner. Mom and dad came for dinner and Johnn and Lois brought there dinner over and joined us. In the morning we got up (bright and early) and I started making breakfast and then after breakfast me and the kids roasted a few more marshmallows for some s'mores! I know that is probably a no no to most but hey we were camping and having fun. My kids looked at me like, really we can have that after breakfast!!!???? After breakfast we packed up our camp site and went fishing. After we were done we ended our weekend at the food trucks for dinner and Curley's for frozen custard. It was such a fun camping trip and we will definitely be doing it again some time soon. The weather was awesome. We even needed a fire in the evening and in the morning. It was chilly at times.
